By hiring Torch & Wrench for welding, fabrication, handyman, or related services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Deposits
Deposits are required for any job in which materials or supplies must be purchased in advance. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
2. Travel Fees
A travel fee of $0.70 per mile to the job location will be applied to the final invoice.
3. Estimates & Timeframes
All original quotes for price and estimated time will be honored. However, completion within the estimated timeframe is not guaranteed due to unforeseen complications, site conditions, or project changes.
4. Multi-Day Projects & Payment Schedules
Weld fabrication jobs and other projects requiring multiple days may be placed on a scheduled payment plan. This will be clearly discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
5. Final Payment
Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Acceptance of Work
Submission of final payment constitutes full acceptance of the completed work and confirmation of customer satisfaction.
7. Workmanship Concerns
Any issues or concerns must be reported within 14 days of project completion. Torch & Wrench will return to assess and address valid concerns within this period.
8. No Refund Policy
All deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or forfeiture of deposits.
10. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
Torch & Wrench reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
